In my Public Relations Research Course, I worked on a comprehensive public relations research project analyzing Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company. Our team conducted a multi-method study, including focus groups, social listening, and survey research to better understand consumer perceptions, trust, and accessibility within the live event experience. Through this research, we examined key issues such as ticket pricing transparency, market dominance, and the impact of recent legal and challenges on audience sentiment. My work contributed to analyzing data, identifying key insights, and developing strategic recommendations aimed at improving brand trust and strengthening relationships with their publics.
